SMTP Auth. failed error: Approvers are not getting email for POs generated from Purchase Workflow Order

Hi,

We are using SAGE 300 Premium 2019 for our enterprise. Our users are grtting SMTP Auth. failed error while generating POs from Purchasing Workflow module.

I logged in to SAGE as Admin with admin creds and I have updated email password from this setting: PW Set up/Options/Email/ Auth. SMTP password. Send Test email and it works after updating password. After few days, it started poping same error.

I re-entered same password and tested and it works. User logged in to her sage account and tried but getting error.

I have checked MS365 setting for this specific email we are using for multiple services and found no issue on MS 365 admin center. This email account created initially under Service Account OU in Active Dir. and synced to MS365 admin center as we are using Hybrid Work environment.

Not sure what causing this failed auth. issue for users.
