You need to fix the error in your Financial Statement spreadsheet.  The spec is probably missing an account.

even when I added the missing account, it's off...so frustrated plus it's almost year end!

There are any number of reasons why your report is not balancing.
FR 101 Items to check:
1. Assuming your report is using Account Groups, ensure that ALL GL accounts have an Account Group assigned
2. Ensure you are using FRAMTA OR FRTRNA functions so that Debits are returned as positive and credits as negative 
3. Check your Excel formulas to ensure you're including all required amounts, totals and subtotals

Beyond those items, your Sage Business Partner should be able to assist.
