error Run-time error '-2147467259 (80004005)': Cannot add account in Account Tab in Cashview Option screen

after I've upgraded version 2012 to 2021 and new cashview new activation in Sage2021 

and account data in Cash view option screen is blank (I understand when we activated account in sage cash view will be automatically retrieved data.)

when we press insert or double click in data row in Account Tab in Cash view option screen then program is error.

first I think it G/L Segement is enable but I have been unchecked enable G/L Segment and new upgrade but it's still error.

and Users have Service Manager Module but client do not want to upgrade Service Manager module to Sage 2021 (but Service Manager table is still in db) i don't know this issue is related to this problem or not.

Please help me.
