At a customer site when they print to customer location(e-mail) when it is only one invoice it goes through, when there are multiple invoices it fails. Sending test mail from company tab works.
At a customer site when they print to customer location(e-mail) when it is only one invoice it goes through, when there are multiple invoices it fails. Sending test mail from company tab works.
We've seen a few issues lately with emailing directly to Outlook. My suspicion is that it is related to changes in Outlook to prevent spam bots. The most consistent fix we have found so far is to email documents with Print Boss from Wellspring Software. Adding a delay option within the control code as shown below allowed over 500 documents to be sent without being blocked by Office 365.
The solution that worked for this instance of the error is below:
I have made the changes to the TLS to only use the TLS 1.2
I have also allowed the old TLS versions to sent email
