V2019 PU2; Data Integrity says nothing, RVSPY doesn't really tell me anything; a SQL look on APT?? tables etc does not show me anything; export of one error batch looks good - no smiley faces etc.

I'm facing same issue. just go to Common Services > Currency > Euro Currency Rate > select source currency for this case CAD > Delete

then retry your AP Payment. Good Luck
