in my company's PO, It contains quantity ordered, & unit of measure,& unit cost. I also read a column named" extended cost" and net of tax, is that the place to add some surcharge, for example environment charge?

We have a PO in the system with 2 receipts against it. The first receipt does not have any items listed on it, the second receipt has all of the items from the PO received and completed.
