I don't see it on the portal.  Has it been posted yet??

The patch was posted to the portal last Friday. If you are having problems finding it, please make sure that you are logged in. You can also use the knowledgebase search function and search for "SageCRM Service Packs" to find it, after logging in.

It is not on the NA Partner Portal or the Partner Knowledgebase. Can you please doouble check, I have been waiting for it since Sunday here in Australia

Log on to your Partner Portal, go to Product Resourses then Sage CRM. Click on Sage CRM Service Packs and Patches. Sage CRM 7.2B - Patch is on the very top to download. Please let us know if you see it.

For Sage 300 ERP customers, log on to your Customer/Partner Portal, go to Product Resourses then Sage 300 ERP. Click on Sage 300 ERP Customer Resource Center.

Then SageCRM Service Packs.

Sage CRM 7.2B - Patch is on the very top to download.

Nope, still not there when I go to that page.  I am taken to a page that only has 7.1j.  The page does not have 7.2b.

The link provided by Steve works fine, providing that you are logged in to the portal prior to clicking the link.

Not to belabor the point, but i tried your suggestion.  I logged into the portal, clicked on the link and still got the error message.  It must be something with my security on the website.  Don't know why and right now don't care as i got the patch.  Thanks anyway.

It may be that your Portal account is not set up with the correct permissions to view this content.  If you send an email to the Portal Support Team - [email protected] - they can check that your account is set-up correctly.
