Sage CRM integration to Sage 300 only works for Admin

I have gone through all the integration steps to integrate Sage CRM with Sage 300. 

In Sage CRM when I log in as the Admin I am able to search and find all the customers from Sage 300. 

However, when I log in to Sage CRM as a different user, who is also in Sage 300 as a user, and whom I  defined the user-level security in the Sage CRM Administration/Sage 300 Administration for, I don't see any of the customers from Sage 300.

I thought I had the User defined properly. Why can't this user see the 300 customers the way the Admin can?
