Sage 300 Intelligence

Hi all,

I know this is a very specific question but I am using Sage 300 Intelligence and I have consolidated 3 entities into one report (all 3 listed under Database Consolidation List). Within this report I have built financial statements for all 3 entities by referencing their database/company names within the report.

I am trying to build consolidated balance sheet using the GLClosingBalance300() formula. In this case I don't enter a database/company name and it usually adds together all companies listed in the Database Consolidation List but in this case it adds in the balance of one of the companies 3 times (i.e. instead of the balance being Company A  + Company B + Company C, it is Company A+B+C+C+C).

Any idea how to avoid this? Why does Sage Intelligence think it needs to add in Company C three times?

Thanks,

David

    Hi David,

I don't know why the report is adding Company C. I suggest working with a support analyst but, before doing that try a new consolidated  report to see if it does the same thing. Sometimes using a new report works.  You will need to set up your new consolidation list and create your report again but sometimes this works.  If not you may need to work with a tech support analyst.
