Hi Ace,

Sage Intelligence has the ability to hide zero rows in 300 using Dynamic Account Ranges. This feature is more known for adding missing accounts but the ability to hide zero rows is there as well.  Here is a video on how to use Dynamic Account Ranges and it is explained in the Report Designer User Guide   This is a little more advanced so using Excel my be preferred.  

There are several different ways to do this using Excel.  Here is a tip from our website at sageintelligence.com hide-zero-rows-using-excel-functionality  

There is an older method through Sage Intelligence called ZeroingII which is described in the doc attached.
