Hi @AAN, nice setup!  Looks good!  Do you have any third party integrations that subclass with Accounts Payable such as Payables Workflow from Pacific Technology, A/P Security from Norming Software or Peresoft Cashbook?  If so, unfortunately it could be that a process as part of that third party module which needs to run as part of the A/P process is unable to through the web screens.  Its best to check with the third-party developer when they will be compliant with the web screens. 

I have no third party integration for AP, after I tried on another module (GL) I can not post too, I think the problem when I setup the database setup there is an error when I run portal database setup, but I don't know how to fix it.
