This is not a known issue. It's best to contact Sage 300 support at 800-253-1372 and we can review your setup in your data to make sure the taxes are setup correctly for the employees.

I have reported it to the help line before I posted it here. I have received a Case#, but have not heard anything back yet after spending quite a bit of time providing reports and a DB dump for verifying.

I want to clarify that I wasn't concerned about the issue not being addressed; I simply reported it shortly before my original post, so I understand that it hasn't been outstanding for long.
