Server that hosts Sage 300 v2017 at a client restarted automatically last Friday, Message below

This message was found in the windows server log.  Software was NOT being installed.

The Windows installer initiated a system restart to complete or continue the configuration of 'Sage Advisor Update'

Has anyone seen this happen before?  What causes it and how do i prevent it from happening again?

Jay/Dana, I don't know if you know this but Sage Advisor is there still but in stealth and despite what this knowledgebase article says, you can't turn it off

KB 110298 Tech support said "We have found that, in particular in multi-server environments where a mixture of workstations and terminal servers are accessing shared data on an application server, the advisor logs can slow the system down."
And I tried to stop it and no matter what I did, it still keeps logging away and there is nothing to uninstall.
