The Sage client is not correctly installed on the RDP server.  It has nothing to do with screen resolution.

I am connecting using remote desk connection  to the server as an administrator .There is no work station installation being run.

You need to run it.

The server is off site  and  running workstation setup  on the public IP address is not ideal. Remote desk connection is technically working on the server ,one machine is opening the users icon but the other machines are failing .So wanted to know what Sage is looking  at before it can run the icon since with one machine its working and the other its not.. 

You should not be running Sage over an internet or WAN connection.  If it's not working on one machine, then you need diagnose its differences.  Like, having old Sage folders in its PATH.  My first suggestion is to uninstall and reinstall the Sage client to ensure that REGACC is run.

This is how they are accessing server  and when they are logged in  it will not use any path on the client machine .They login as administrator. One machine when logged in like above works perfectly the others are giving  Cant create control.

Then Sage isn't correctly installed on that server.  Uninstall and reinstall any Sage programs on it.
