Thank for the reply. This error still pending and now we have another batch with the same error.

According to our local service provider, this will need to send back to Sage to fix as seems like is data corruption. Currently still pending as Users have urgent task to finish before sent. It will be much better if this error can be solve by ourselves.

Hows your SQL skills you are going to have to fix this in the Db or send to someone for repair.

Have you checked whether you have an open AR receipts batch?

Receipt batch is posted.  

The complicated part is that there are many entries in the AR Receipt batch, entry 22 was deleted and the batch posted successfully.

When doing bank reconciliation, unable to change the Receipt entry to "Cleared".  When zoomed in to detail, all entries showed "Reconciliation Status" as "Outstanding" except for entry 22 showing "Not Posted" which was previously deleted in AR.

How do i go about to change file/field in the MSSQL for Reconciliation Status from "Not Posted" to "Cleared" ?

BKTRAND.STATUS and maybe BKTRAND.RECSTATUS. 

Personally, I would delete the orphaned BKTRAND record, then run Bank Data Integrity with fix errors box checked to recalculate.
