Can anyone tell me how to do the required electronic submission of state W2's and G-1003 report thru Sage 300?

We just upgraded and on our previous version I was able to run the W2's to diskette which I then uploaded to the state of Ga tax center. The G-1003 report was created manually in excel as a .csv file with data from the W2's to diskette report that was generated. 

Now there is no option to run W2's to diskette and I am told by support that the only way to submit them electronically is via Aatrix interface. Is this correct and does Aatrix handle the G-1003 submission as well?
