As required, we upgraded our payroll system to version CP72A. We are using Sage 300 ERP 2012.
My payroll manager came back with the following problems she had in particular to issuing the ROE (record of employment).
Has anyone else experienced these issues or is there a way to resolve them? None of these were problems in CP70A.
Here are her findings:

1. When we click on ROE Web – Draft it seems we have to re-enter the path each time. It is not saving the location previously used.
2. The system does not bring the total hours across to ROE Web any more like it did before the version upgrade.
3. On Tab 16 - The contact info is not pulling through from the system. We put down the regular HR contact info in Sage and when it uploads into ROE Web the system puts in the employee's name into this spot for some reason.
