Excel must be installed where Sage 300/FR is being run.  So if you run the Excel web app (exclusively), then FR cannot use it.  However, Microsoft 365 allows you to download and install its applications locally (included in the subscription).  If you install Excel (from MS 365) locally, then FR can use it.  That is the way it has always been. 

Thank you. all this while I was testing with the Web app. Now have install 365 locally and it work.
