How To Export a Single Transfer in Inventory Control and Re-Import Using different Items

Question

I have been trying to transfer items from one location to another but every time I try, I receive an error with the importation. 
 
 What I did was try to export a single transfer, however, it exported everything even the ones that are posted from way back. Is there a way to export a single transfer, edit the item numbers, lines, quantity that needs to be transferred and description? If yes, please assist. 
 I want to import over a thousand items but I always get an error or even if it works, nothing is imported.

Hello Ronaldino, 
 Not sure what the error is, can you post a screenshot of the message? 
 To export a single transaction click the Set Criteria button. 
 
 Select Document Number, then click the Add button then double-click ont he Criteria Or to then add the document number you want to export. 
 
 With Import, you can only Insert new transfers.. so make sure you over-write the Document Number with *** NEW *** so that it will assign the next transfer number sequence specified in IC Setup - Options on the Documents Tab. 
 
 When importing, highlight the Document Number field on the import.. right-click and click Value. and it should default to *** NEW ***
