The user has insufficient rights to (or cannot see) the Sage share.

Thank you for your reply.  The user currently has access to the database on her Windows 10 system, so it shouldn't be a permissions issue.  I am setting up a new laptop for this user.

Sage300 has a ProgramFiles and SharedData path - both can be the same though depending on your install. Confirm it in Sage300 / Help / System Info.
All Sage300 users need modify permissions on the SharedData path, and execute permissions on ProgramFiles path.

Thanks for this. The ProgramFiles and SharedData paths are the same, and the user has appropriate permissions to access that path.  During installation, the "a4wcrinterop" and "DsktplibInterop" DLLs fail to register.  Could this be related?

The following needs to occur for license validation:
1. The user starting the program must be able to read the registry to determine the path of the SharedData folder
2. The user must have full permissions to the SharedData folder

To test / troubleshoot, please try right-clicking on the Sage 300 icon and running as administrator.
