Offically, Sage 300 is only supported for V-2 version, currently it is Sage 300 v2020, v2019 and v2018. There is also a compatibilty guide comes with each of these versions and details supported Windows OS. Sage 300 v2016 may be able to work in Windows 2019 server, but please take extra precautions before moving.
