Can another version of Crystal reports be installed in an environment running Sage 300 2017 with the CR runtime XI. I have a client whose reports were working fine but then another program was installed using CR 2016 and now the Sage reports won't run? I thought a couple of other clilents had different version of Crystal running. (maybe it is using runtime version for the other programs?
