When scanning out products in Sales Order > Shipping > Shipping Data Entry we keep getting all the Customer Memo Pop-ups. Is there a way to turn this off for certain roles?

Is there any way that I can get rid of some of the keyboard short cuts in shipping data entry? I would like to keep ALT+U, ALT+O and ALT+A. I have people fat fingering the wrong keys and it has caused problems in the shipping department.
