Our W-3 won't print out on the preprinted form. It prints the entire form in black ink. We've hit reprint, start over, correct and tried selecting "preprinted" as our paper source but it happens every time. Can someone please help?!?!

Efiling through Aatrix, Box 12 Code D total for all employees does not match what is in W-3 Box 12a. The amount in the grid is more than what is on the W-3. Anyone experienced this issue?

Sorry about any confusion that has been caused, nothing has changed regarding the way tax tables affect the Payroll module.
The tax table update rates and limits will not affect amounts that print on W2s BUT they will affect amounts on Payroll reports…

The Federal W2 Copy A and W3 forms that print in the Federal eFiling & Reporting have been certified for submission on plain paper. The boxes are not required to be printed in red ink on computer-generated forms. You can identify the approved form by…
The federal copy has to be on the forms with the special ink (right?), so I'm not sure why Aatrix wants to print out the whole form, boxes and all. Plus it wants to print it 4-up for some reason.
