Yes its True, have a customer that still uses a fax modem. Problem, just upgraded to V2018. Added the Fax Printer, but cant see it in Company Maintenance. Sees all of the other printers but not the fax printer.
I saw in the knowledgebase that Sage does not assist with thermal or label printer.
