ETR Efiling W-2 grid Box 12 Code D amount total does not match Box 12a on W-3 figure

Question

Efiling through Aatrix, Box 12 Code D total for all employees does not match what is in W-3 Box 12a. The amount in the grid is more than what is on the W-3. Anyone experienced this issue?

Per IRS General Instructions for Forms W2 & W3 http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/iw2w3.pdf 
 
 Box 12a&mdash;Deferred compensation 
 Enter the total of all amounts reported with codes D through H, S, Y, AA, BB, and EE in box 12 on Forms W-2. Do not enter a code 
 
 Please total up all the applicable box 12 codes in W2 grid per IRS instructions to verify amounts match W3, box 12a. If the amounts do not match please call Sage Support at 800-854-3415.
