Data is stored by Job, FiscalYear and FiscalPeriod.

Sum up the period data to get JTD info.

Remember that if you need Period to Date Information for each job, that will need to be calculated during the summary that John mentions.  

Thanks, John!  I glazed right over the "costs" (located in a "billing" file?!?).  It was a lot easier when it was maintained in the JC1 file, but got it now!
