Display Inactive Warehouse in Lookup Views

Trying to figure out where this check box resides in V2019.

Per the What's New guide for V2018:

However when I go to said tab, I cannot locate it:

The screenshot is not from v2019. There are several other new options that are not there. It looks like its from 2017. Either that or it's not Sage100cloud. Might be the new features are not in plain Sage100

Strange. I have the same exact version and I see that option plus several other new ones

Strange. I was thinking it might be based on whether multiple warehouses were enabled, but it shows for me even without selecting a company code.
