Apparently, even though Aatrix will upload W2s to the state of Ohio for you, I am reading that all employers with over 10 W2s must upload W2s manually on the Ohio Business Gateway in EFW2 format. If this is true, I am at a loss. Does anyone know this…
SAGE 50 Accounting does not allow printing on the W-3 form nor will it print the Copy A form for filing via regular mail. when printing, it has a small message that says:
Form cannot be printed in certified format. You may eFile or transfer information…
Our W-3 won't print out on the preprinted form. It prints the entire form in black ink. We've hit reprint, start over, correct and tried selecting "preprinted" as our paper source but it happens every time. Can someone please help?!?!
Efiling through Aatrix, Box 12 Code D total for all employees does not match what is in W-3 Box 12a. The amount in the grid is more than what is on the W-3. Anyone experienced this issue?
