I am a relative new Sage user. I have notice an "Annual " update is release in the fall and is needed to complete the "Tax" Update that is released in Dececmber.
Will there be an "Annual" update? If so when might be it released?
I just performed an upgrade of Sage 300 from 17.1.7 to 18.4. I'm at the part in the directions where I need to upgrade my files, but the "Upgrade Files" button is missing under Common Tasks > Tools. Anyone know a fix for this?
Started upgrade last night from 16.1 to 17.1 and it has been at this point for 20 hours. There is activity. I see the TrustedInstaller come and go and there are other processes that are going.

In upgrading a customer from 2015 to 2017, I am getting this error when trying to convert the company: "Error: "The TimeCard module needs to be reinstalled." ID90364 doesn't apply. This company has never had TimeCard so I can't delete it.
We need to upgrade to Sage 2017 for end of year updates and are not prepared to upgrade our server at this time.
