In the past 3 payrolls (6 weeks), I have had staff reach out to me that their paystubs that are emailed from Sage they cannot open the pdf.
If I forward that same email directly from my email account, it opens.
Anyone else encountering this…
Can we get an option to have paystubs email to the employees email address on file when printing the stubs for accounting records. We process payroll through our bank via direct deposit, but having to email the stubs after is rather tedious.
I would like to see Sage 50 automate email paystubs. It would be great to have that feature, AND the ability to set future date & time of when the paystubs are emailed ( if on vacation and away from the workstation ). It's quite cumbersome, and antiquated…

We lost a laptop and had to recreate our email payslip template from scratch. The template works fine other than it emails one person with a single PDF containing everybodys payslip. Have we misssed a setting somewhere?
