I have Version 7 U8 P0.2, 
I have also noted that if I do the first validation through the Workflow monitor the second e-mail is sent correctly, thus I have reached the conclusion that the SIGWRK recurring task somehow creates this incorrect link ( the signing happens correctly with the recurring task, but the link that gets built for the second mail is then incorrect)

I can also do both Validations through the Workflow monitor or from the Signature function on the screen without any problems.

So you are on V7 P2 or U8 P2?

The reason I am emphasizing on the patch, is that there are fixes that was released related to second signature on later patches for instance on U8 P3, under Fix # 714.

So please contact your local support and upgrade to U8 P3.
