Hi, we would like to know how to export AR, AP and GL transaction data from Sage 300 to Excel for are own review.
The required information would be as follows for the AR:
- Customer#
- Transaction type (i.e. Invoice, payment, debit memo, credit memo, etc.)
- Document date
- Posting date
- Document ref
- Batch and entry ref#
- Amount (with tax)
- Tax amount
The required information would be the similar for AP:
- Vendor#
- Transaction type (i.e. Invoice, payment, debit memo, credit memo, etc.)
- Document date
- Posting date
- Document ref
- Batch and entry ref#
- Amount (with tax)
- Tax amount
The required information for the GL transactions would be:
- Document/posting dates
- Source
- Document ref# (i.e. invoice #, check #, etc.)
- GL entry memo (i.e. Vendor /customer code etc.)
- Batch and entry ref#
- Debit amount
- Credit amount
Ideally we would like to be able to filter on various criteria but that is not critical as that could be done once the data is exported to Excel.
