You do not have a license to use this product!

Hi,

We are running Sage ERP Accpac 500 (Version 6.0A) on a mix of Windows 10 and Windows 7 workstations.  I have noticed that on the Windows 10 machines, some of the users would get the message stating “You do not have a license to use this product!”  I have followed the FAQs to no avail.  The user has full access to the Pluswin folder on the server and can create and delete documents from it.  The user is a regular user on the workstation.  The strange thing is that the initial setup of Accpac worked for the user without any problems.  All of a sudden they would inform me that they are unable to log in.  As far as I can tell, nothing changed when the user logged off the workstation, shut down for the evening and returned the next day.  One “fix” that I got was to delete the user’s profile on the workstation, have them log back in, and then try again.  Is there something in the user part of the registry that would cause this error message?  I am really perplexed.  I have seen this with 4 of our Windows 10 users who use Accpac.  Any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated as recreating the user’s profile is very time consuming
