Changes to Sage support hours to better support your business

Effective February 2, 2015

 

In March 2014, we standardized Support and Service hours (including phone and chat) for the majority of Sage products across North America to 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. As an exception, we continued to offer extended support hours for Sage Business Care Gold plan customers of Sage 100 ERP.

In our on-going effort  to provide the best care possible, we analyzed the number and timing of inbound support calls for the past 12 months. The results showed a far greater demand for customer support during the standard hours and in fact, very few customers called during the extended support hours. Therefore, in order to have more analysts available to help you when you need us most, we are discontinuing the extended Support hours for Sage 100 ERP effective February 2, 2015.
