Daily Email for Tasks

Hello,

Is there any method to make CRM send an email/report to all users on CRM every morning that lists all the communications assigned to them for that day?

I figured an escalation rule with an email, but if I put on communication fields, I'm not sure it'd send all tasks for that day as one email or if it'd do them individually? Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions about this?

    Hi Jamie,

    Email on Communications would be one email per communication.

    You would need to look at something outside of CRM (e.g. Orbis Alerts) to being able to do something along these lines.

    Otherwise look to create a report showing this information for the 'current user' and display it on the dashboard, then make everyone's account display the dashboard when they first log in.

    a digest email containing tasks due for a specific user is not something the escalation service is designed for, vineyard knowledgesync or task center can do this and the best part is , it depends on an underlying sql to trigger an event
