Key file not found

Question

I recently had issues installing and running Sasge50 2019. Kept getting Key file not found message. 
 I have to turn off all of my Windows security for the application to load properly. 
 Any help would be great thanks. 
 Windows 10 Ent. 1903 build

Hello ,

Thanks for your question. Have a look at the steps on KB 10302. If after reinstall you're still experiencing the same issue then contact Sage 50 CA's support team at 1-888-522-2722 and ask for help wiping your system for a clean reinstall.
