We have some staff on Supplementary unemployment benefit plan, The Service Canada Website says we must provide a T4A slip to include the amount of SUBP that was paid to the emploee, however I can not seem to make T4A for employee's only for vendors…

Hi, One of my subcontractors lost his T4A from 2018. We are now in 2020 and it seems I don't have the option to reprint it from two years ago. Any ideas how to do it? Thank you
