    Hi Alyson, Please follow the KB article below for suggestion towards your issue. 12168 Error: "You do not have the necessary rights to access this database in Sage 50 EFT Direct." Hope this helps

    I'm afraid I'm not familiar enough with the EFT software to give you any direction. The problem would likely be in the settings for the bank in the EFT software itself (originator code = Originator Short Name?) http://sagecity.na.sage.com/support_communities…
