Quantum members get the same level of service that a Pro user does. Company accounting is down.... 4 level 1's have tried to assist but all say it needs to go to level 2. #1 Tried to call several times and have stayed on hold for hours....... no pickup…

I have a client that is using Quantum version and wants to drop down to the Accountants version. If they do that can they still access their company file and all their historical data? I need to know for sure, with actual documentation from Sage, if possible…
