Username / Password are greyed out so user cannot login

Sage 50 login was working but all of a sudden today, in the password dialog window, the boxes to put your username and password are greyed out so user can't sign in.
We have not change the version of the software nor opening a different company.
Only 1 person is accessing the software in the single-user mode.

    Thanks for reaching out. Did you ever find an answer for this issue?

    Are these company data files shared using RDA? Use of Remote Data Access with Sage 50 Canada versions 2021.2 and newer try to have the same sysadmin Sage ID in use for the machine the logon was initially used on. So, this greyed out login screen as shown in your screenshot may be in place to limit the switching of users logging on using the same machine to prevent issues with file access. Here's an article with some more details.
