Sage 50 Canada

I have entered my HST Tax under Setup → Settings → Company → Sales Tax with Tax Code rate of "13" for 13 percent, however, when I enter an invoice in the purchasing module it is calculating the tax at 11.5 percent. Can someone tell me how to correct this…

When setting up tax codes in Sage 50 Pro 2019 It will not add the PST. But we successfully set up the GST. Why can we set up one, but not the other? It just blanks out the entry without providing any error message. Thank you.

i purchased something from quebec where they only charge GST and QST, i was just wondering how to add those 2 tax codes,
