    What is the reason that it is costing $500 for updates in addition to the Annual fee we pay for our Sage subscription?

    Trying to get update..says it is downloaded and when you turn off and turn on will update..has not happened and tried several times...this has never happened any suggestions?

    Purchasing a Sage 50 Pro download from a store, probably Best Buy or Staples (Canada). Will I get charged every year for an upgrade? If I want payroll I believe that is extra. Will I have to pay to update that every year?

  • Sage 50 Cdn Edition won't open because "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-I1-1-0.dll" is missing.

    Can someone tell me how to fix this. The problem may be I am still working on Windows 7. And advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
