The best thing to do is to ask your question in the forum specific to your product so other users will see it and be able to offer suggestion (you can also search the product forum as well to see if someone else has already asked a similar question. To access your product-specific forum: 1. Choose "Support Groups" from the top navigation2. Choose your country3. Choose your product 4. Choose "Forums" and post your question (note, you must be logged in to post).
Is there anyone at SAGE who knows how to solve this issue? "An error occurred while moving employees' year to date payroll information to last year. As a result, the new calendar year could not start." The problem here is that we have no employees and the payroll module is not used!!!!
