Hi Richard, the error seems to be corruption on the VPRETI.TAX file. As rebuild should fix the issue, by following the steps below in our knowledgebase article:

Hi Francois. Thankis. I rebuilt all files in both options to no avail. I still have the same error. As soon as I go into Classic the only options available are to updates to the latest V6.0a version. As soon as I "update all companies" the system starts updating then stops with the same error as Thursday. Note that the system is still on February 2023 as need to roll over to do my payroll. Please assist.
