VIP CLASSIC EXCEL REPORTS BLOCKED IN EXCEL = MACRO NOT RUNNING

Question

My VIP Classic reports for example ETI VALIDATION REPORT, the Macro is blocked with the following message: 
 SECURITY RISK: Microsoft has blocked macros from running because the source of this file is untrusted. 
 After submitting a query to VIP support, I get a link with 7 pages which absolutely is Greek to understand. 
 Does anybody have the short answer for this please.

Hi Marlene, 
 The message that comes up refers to your Microsoft Excel settings are blocking the macro from running. These macro settings are not set or changed by the payroll application.
