The Minister of Finance has announced a wage subsidy for certain business registered for tax effective April 2020 until June 2020.
The Wage Subsidy Claim Form will be available as a selection on your Botswana Reports - COVID-19 Wage Subsidy Claim Form once installed:
Before installing the software, take note of the following:
- Your payroll must be on Release 5.4b
How to download the report:
- Access the Software Downloads page (http://payrollupdate.sagesouthafrica.co.za/totsol/)
- Select the Africa tab
- Click on the Download button next to Botswana Covid-19 Wage Subsidy Claim Report for Classic /Premier: R5.4b to download the .zip file to your computer.
- Download the Africa Changes Installation Notes for Classic/Premier/Sage 200c.
- This will provide you with the necessary steps to install the new files to your payroll folder.
- Ensure to overwrite the files when extracting the new report file
