How do I correct the incorrect periods I have already imported?

  • To amend the incorrectly calculated periods, due to a previous import,  use the Flexi Fixed Information Import to import a “Date Engaged” and “IRP5 Start Date” which differs from the original date that was imported.
  • This will enable the system to automatically recalculate the periods.
  • Once completed, you must import the actual “Date Engaged” and “IRP5 Start Date” again, so that all data is correct.
