EMP501 ERROR ON THE RSA SUBMISSION TOOL

Good day,

I did all the updates I am aware of with regards to the ETI but when I am running the EMP501 on the RSA submissions tool the ETI amount is incorrect.  It's the same issue we had previously with the EMP501 on the History reports screen.

Kindly confirm if there is a fix for this?

    Hello RinaV

    Please can you check the following:

    1. All PAYE numbers are the same for the selected payrolls. I suggest to re-type the PAYE number on the Basic Company Information Screen

    2. The companies are in the same Calendar month, eg all in October

    3. You have full access for these payrolls

    4. These companies are eligible for ETI, or need to be excluded

    Please let me know if these possible checks fixes your query.
