Hi there
The previous time we claimed TERS they paid out.
This time they wanted a company registration number but we are applying for a Trust and the system does not cater for a trust number.
However according to TERS we may enter the ID number of the Trustee instead of the company registration number.
They do not provide an email address to which we can mail all necessary information to and if we phone TERS Support with this query they only take our details and say they will come back to us via email or call but they never come back.
Does anyone know to which email address I could email to, to get this query resolved because they are now not paying out our TERS at the moment?
